VidSkill is operated by HYSHRI GROUP LLC.

By accessing or using VidSkill, you agree to these terms on behalf of yourself or the organization you represent.

VidSkill is intended for lawful business and operational training use cases, including onboarding, SOP explanation, maintenance guidance, safety communication, and internal knowledge transfer.

You agree not to use the platform to upload, submit, process, or distribute content that is unlawful, misleading, infringing, abusive, or harmful.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for activity that occurs under your account.

If you access VidSkill on behalf of a company or team, your organization is responsible for managing authorized users and internal access controls.

You retain ownership of the materials, prompts, scripts, documents, and other content you provide to VidSkill.

You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights and permissions required to submit that content for processing and internal use.

VidSkill provides managed training video delivery based on your submitted materials, instructions, and production requirements.

Delivered content may include AI avatar presentation, overlays, structured explanation, narration, and other training-oriented elements.

You are responsible for reviewing delivered outputs before using them for live training, internal communication, or operational deployment.

Access to features and delivery capacity may vary depending on your selected plan, subscription status, and any applicable usage limits.

Monthly video minutes, top-ups, turnaround expectations, and related allowances are governed by the plan details presented at the time of purchase or agreement.

Paid plans, subscriptions, usage allowances, and any applicable add-ons or top-ups are billed according to the pricing and billing terms presented at the time of purchase.

Unless otherwise stated in writing, payments are non-refundable once processed.

If you believe you were charged in error, or if you have a billing issue that requires review, please contact support@vidskill.ai promptly.

Nothing in this section limits any refund rights that may apply under mandatory law.

You may not reverse engineer, misuse, disrupt, or attempt unauthorized access to the platform or related systems.

You may not use VidSkill in a way that violates applicable law, third-party rights, or your organization's internal policies.

We may update, improve, suspend, or modify parts of the service from time to time.

While we aim to provide a reliable experience, VidSkill is provided on an as-available basis and uninterrupted availability cannot be guaranteed.

VidSkill, its branding, website design, software, and related materials remain the property of HYSHRI GROUP LLC, VidSkill, or their licensors unless otherwise stated.

These terms do not transfer ownership of the platform itself to customers or users.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, VidSkill will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or business interruption losses arising from use of the service.

Customers remain responsible for reviewing content suitability, internal approvals, and training accuracy before operational use.

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time to reflect product, legal, or operational changes.

When updated, the latest version published on this site will apply from its effective posting date unless otherwise stated.
